We currently have two positions available in our Hartford Location (Northwest and Northeast, CT territories) for a Print Production Specialist, selling Color & High Volume Xerox office equipment. This is a broad sell over all business segments.
Essential Responsibilities
- Must meet or exceed revenue and gross profit expectations.
- Responsible for presenting product demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions to account base. This involves applying a consultative approach using a proven selling process to analyze the customer’s business communication requirements, and developing customized solutions to exceed customer requirements.
- Meet forecasting objectives. Keep timely and accurate forecasts on account assignment by way of monthly forecasting reports.
- Manage territory by protecting and increasing a profitable revenue stream within current accounts. This involves conducting account reviews that evaluate current state, customer satisfaction and completeness of strategy implementation along with next steps in the account.
Job Requirements
- 2 Years previous Color/ Print Production experience
- 5 years industry experience with a broad understanding of solution selling and technology.
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Valid & clean driver’s license as well as reliable transportation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs – specifically Excel & PowerPoint
- Proficient with cross functional support of Entry Production Color & black & white.
- Familiar with Digital Print on Demand as well as Transactional printing environments.
- Working knowledge of Integrated Office Solutions
- Strong network skills including connectivity, scanning configuration, etc.
- Extremely hard working and organized / strong work ethic
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer facing/ presentation/ pre-sale skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment supporting a retail sales team
- Incredible attention to detail
